This blend is designed for calming, especially intended for children using a combination of beautiful flowers. This blend is also designed with gut health in mind incorporating plants that soothe the stomach and calm the nervous system.
Ingredients: organic chamomile flowers, organic red rose petals, organic lavender flowers, organic raspberry leaf, organic blue butterfly pea flower, organic passionflower.
Butterfly dreaming
This blend contains a beautiful mix of calming yet uplifting plants. The tea has a rich blue colour due to the butterfly pea flower, blue butterfly pea flower is high in anti oxidants and promotes collagen renewal.
The sacred lotus flower in the blend is high in iron and calcium and increases serotonin, GABA and dopamine making it a feel good floral. Perfect blend for a calm beauty sleep or a daytime pick me up. Add lemon and watch the blue colour change to purple.
